Pregnancy and Postnatal Classes


Classes will take place on Monday at 10.00am - 11.00am. Starting from 9th July 2014.

When you choose to have a child, you make a conscious decision to allow your heart to walk around outside of your body.

Prenatal yoga is suitable for everyone beginner or experienced practitioners. During pregnancy, yoga can play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience during this precious time and empowering the mother-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Yoga cultivates the connection between you and your baby. Coming to classes is a great way to become part of a community of pre and post natal women that sometime creates lasting friendships.

It's good for Mum, it's good for baby!

I build a sense of community within my classes, which will help to create a springboard for long lasting friendships amongst students.
