We specialise in slow fermentation sourdough breads, made using traditional methods and just a few simple ingredients; flour, water, sea salt and naturally occurring yeast.
All our sourdoughs are hand made, baked on stone, and where possible use organic ingredients. We bake fresh every morning, delivering to local businesses as well as selling our bread direct to customers at farmers markets. Brick House's core breads include our signature Peckham Rye, Country White, Raisin & Walnut and Multigrain, but we're always up for trying something new, so if you've got a burning desire for something a bit different, let us know.
