British Military Fitness classes take place in the great outdoors in parks throughout the UK. Every BMF class is different, but we do work to a standard formula.

Each session lasts for one hour and will include a warm up, cardio and strength training, a cool down and stretches.

Class groups are broken down into ability levels.

The types of exercises we will ask you to do are bodyweight exercises like:

push ups
star jumps
interspersed with running
competitive games
Each class is divided into three ability groups (blue, red, green), and broken down into groups of around 15 people. So, while all the ability levels will all be doing the same types of exercises, depending on what level group you join you will do a different number of reps, and running different distances.
