I am a Level 3 Rep's registered female Personal Trainer & Nutritional Advisor.
My aim is to help you 'Fit start' your 2016.
I can offer 1:1 personal training at your home or outdoors, alternatively if you prefer I also run indoor group Circuit Bootcamp sessions on a weekly basis every Wednesday evening from 6th Jan, 7.30-8.30pm in the Peckham Rye Area.
I build and design fun and structured fat burning, endurance and strength training programmes created for weight loss and to improve cardio and muscular strength.
Bootcamp sessions are tailored for small groups, this is so I can focus on individuals more closely! Remember spaces are limited so don't delay and book your date to avoid disappointment.
1:1 Personal Training sessions include a FREE consultation and Nutritional Advice. Discounted rates are offered on block bookings.
