Nordic walking


Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking!

Nordic Walking uses poles to in order to add two major benefits to walking:
•The use of poles means the upper body muscles are used as well as the legs.
•The poles help to propel the walker along – this means he/she works harder.

Nordic Walk Taster Sessions:

Tuesday 4th February, 10.45 - 11.30am

Thursday 13th February, 1.30 - 2.15pm

Sunday 23rd February, 10 - 10.45am

Beginner's Course:

Saturday 1st February, 11am - 12noon & Sunday 2nd February, 10am - 12 noon

Tuesdays 11th February - 4th March, 10.45 - 11.45am (no session 18th Feb)

Thursdays 20th February - 6th March, 1.30 - 2.30pm

Saturday 1st March, 11am - 12noon & Sunday 2nd March, 10am - 12 noon

Nordic Workout Walks:

Mondays, 5.30 - 6.30pm (no session 17th Feb)

Thursdays 5.30 - 6.30pm

Saturdays 9 - 10am
