FitBack and Bumps Post Natal Course is an Educational Exercise course run by Chartered Physiotherapists. It will help you to exercise safely after the birth of your baby, flatten your tummy and strengthen your pelvic floor. Each participant receives a pack containing an educational booklet and exercise cards so you can continue your exercises at home after completing the course.
