A free group designed to help you navigate through labour and birth. Led by a certified childbirth educator, this is a relaxed and nonjudgmental group focused on answering your questions and supporting you in pregnancy and birth. Please come at any point in your pregnancy (doesn't have to be your first baby, either). All are welcome! Meets the second Tuesday of each month.
