Mummy and Baby Exercise Class


My classes are specifically for mummies to come along to with or without their babies and exercise in a friendly and relaxed small group. By working out with other mums, you will receive the encouragement and support to enjoy getting fit after pregnancy. No-one in the class minds if you haven't brushed your hair, or shaved your legs, we all understand!
I do require a Par-Q Form completing before the class for my insurance. This also assists me to consider the most appropriate exercises based around any medical conditions or injuries.

Please ensure you have had your 6 week (12 week for a C-section) check and have been given the go-ahead to participate in exercise classes!!!
