Things to see in the garden include an Edwardian rose garden, the ravine garden, herbaceous borders, the Dutch garden, a mill pond and the reflecting lake where some of the BBC's production of Pride and Prejudice was filmed. The park has herds of red and fallow deer and includes moorland and there are seven orienteering courses mapped out through it (buy maps from ticket office). Crow Wood Playscape children's playground with slide, rope walks and badger den. Walking leaflets in information centre.
