Pilates class in Reddish


Every Wednesday morning at Reddish Vale Golf Club from 9.45am to 10.45am!

Pilates involves low impact exercises, focussing on building the body's core strength.

Pilates can provide relief from back pain and also helps to relieve tension and stress from the mind and the body.

My approach to teaching is to make all classes fun and enjoyable and ensure that Pilates is applicable to ‘real' life. Each class has a maximum number of 12 people attending, meaning everyone gets individual attention, correction and refinement.

Pilates can also help with most injuries over time, helping the body to work more efficiently and reduce the likelihood of injuries re-occurring.

Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
