Bramhall Hall


Bramall Hall is a timber-framed Tudor manor house in 70 acres of grounds in Stockport, Cheshire.

The hall, originating in the 14th century, has 16 rooms to view featuring 16th century wall paintings, plaster ceilings, Tudor architecture, Victorian kitchens, Arts and Crafts influenced interiors and information on the historical inhabitants. Free guided tours at weekends.
Grounds include formal gardens and Capability Brown style landscaped parkland including ancient woodland and three large man-made ponds in a Himalayan wilderness area. Children's play area, bowling green and geocaching locations.

Open from Monday to Saturday from 1pm to 4pm (5pm Tuesday to Thursday) from April to October and weekends from 1pm to 4pm from November to March.
