Antenatal FitBack and Bumps Programme


Fit Back and Bumps Antenatal Education and Exercise Programme is run by Louise a Chartered Physiotherapist. It is a 4 week course consisting of 45 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of education.<br /><br />The sessions will help you to - <br />*Exercise safely during pregnancy<br />*Reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy<br />*Strengthen your pelvic floor<br />*Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core<br />*Physical preparation for labour for a smoother delivery<br />*Make new friends and share your pregnancy experience<br /><br />Please contact me for further information, booking is essential as group numbers are limited
