Wondering what to buy the person who has everything? How about a bread making course with a locally renowned pastry chef and baker? Mark Proctor from The Friendly Loaf Company has places available on his popular courses which take place in his bakery on a farm near Bury St Edmunds. Having visited him, I can say that no other bakery I know of has gaggles of tame Geese and ducks standing watch near the doorway-as bucolic as it gets.

2014 Baking Dates ARE: Basic Bread Making Course February 15th, April 19th, June 21st. Cost £39 Per Person

Advanced Course March 15th, May 17th, July 19th. £48 Per Person.
Advanced Bread Making Course, Mar 15th, May 17th, Jul 19th - 2014 Price £48.00. All Classes includes lunch and Friendly loaf baking recipe booklet. There will be Specialist Baking and Patisserie Courses available. Email me for details.
