Leave my class feeling energised, relaxed and de stressed.
Strengthen your body, soothe away aches and pains and relax your mind. No yoga experience needed. I run courses from DanceEast on a Monday evening either 6pm or 7.30pm start.
I also run a class every Saturday 11.00am- 12.15pm at Ufford Park hotel, Woodbridge.
