The Artisan Butcher, aka Jamie Willows – discovered his passion for butchery at the tender age of 13. Learning his trade in High Street butchers he developed a passion for the subject but harboured an interest for reviving more traditional techniques. Further moves in Jamie's career, including working as Head Butcher at Jimmy's Farm, fueled his passion for working with Native, Rare and Traditional breeds and developed the artisan skills of curing, smoking and charcuterie. The Artisan Butcher is all about celebrating fantastic British produce and traditional skills. We also deliver a diverse range of training courses. The Artisan Butcher runs a range of artisan food skills courses for leading training provider GNMA Ltd. The courses cover a range of food skills from butchery to knife skills and bread making and are suitable for all, whatever your ability
