Penny Bun Bakehouse


The Penny Bun Bakehouse was established in December 2010 by John Spillings, providing handcrafted bread to the restaurant and catering industry across Suffolk and Norfolk.

Having trained as a chef for over 12 years in many of the top Michelin star restaurants across the country, his love for bread and patisserie was discovered whilst working for Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saison
