My name is Kevin Marshall and I offer personal training, coaching in running and weight management and am a Nordic Walking Trainer.

Every aspect of your lifestyle affects your health and fitness. Positive Steps will take all of these into account and build you a unique programme to fit around your life. Most importantly with personal training we will help you to reach your goals.

Nordic Walking UK ‘Learn to Nordic Walk' programme is a structured teaching programme taught over 4 one hour sessions – it will ensure you master the technique and feel confident to Nordic Walk alone or make use of your Freedom Card to join in with groups across the UK.

I am a delivery partner for Nordic Walking UK and will help you understand your current level of fitness and empower you to nordic walk at the correct intensity in order to get the results you want.
