Energize Fitness Days


You will work at your own pace, within your own fitness level, and under the expert guidance of our motivational trainer, Darren. We also discuss nutrition, diet, weight loss, body mass index (BMI) levels and fat count – all factors that can have a huge image on how you feel.

Depending on the weather, we could be doing circuit training on the all weather pitches in the spectacular grounds or putting you through your paces with boxing and core work in the studio. A full day lasts eight hours and includes lunch. A half day last four hours and includes snacks only.

We pledge that you will come away from the day physically tired, but mentally stimulated and ready to tackle life with gusto.
