Woodbridge Personal Training specialises in training away from the gym, at a time and place to suit you. We offer three approaches to fitness: bespoke personal training, invigorating boxercise and our outdoor group exercise programme.

We cater for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced. Whatever your goal, whether you want to improve your general fitness, achieve weight loss, get in shape for a holiday or wedding, are a new mum or want to train for a specific event such as a 10km run, we can help you reach it.

Our goal is to train you in a way that is impossible to do by yourself. We will make every session different, invigorating and fun. Our personal training is hard work but it gets results
