Hello, I am Lorraine and have been teaching yoga for a number of years. I tailor each lesson to the individual according to their needs and ability. You do not need to be flexible to start yoga, over time you will see improvements and feel more energetic.

Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is great for toning, increasing body strength, and building a strong core. Focus is on moving with the breath which allows the mind to relax, and lead to a meditative type state.
