Stuart Kickbox Fit


Hi, I'm Stuart. I have been teaching kickboxing Fitness and Natural Movement for a number of years. I am a very passionate and enthusiastic person. I love seeing each of my clients improve their fitness, mobility, strength, co-ordination and confidence.

Kickboxing Fitness is ideal for those that want to burn fat, lose weight and tone up. It's also suitable for those that just want a really intense workout to boost fitness. No experience is needed as I tailor the lesson to the individual. You do not need to be fit to start a class with me. You can work to your own ability and level and we will build from there.
