Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation


Leave my class feeling relaxed energised and de stressed. This course will introduce you to a variety of techniques to help strengthen your body, soothe away aches and pains and relax the mind so you can enjoy your pregnancy at every stage( from 12 weeks ) and prepare for the birth of your beautiful baby. It's also a great way of meeting other mums to be. You don't need any previous yoga experience or to bring anything as I provide plenty of yoga mats, cushions, blankets etc.
As a fully qualified mamababybliss pregnancy yoga teacher my classes are held in a cozy studio situated in the DanceEast building, Ipswich waterfront every Monday at 6pm or 7.30pm. And at Ufford park Hotel, Woodbridge every Saturday 11.00am - 12.15pm
