For me, cooking is about love and bringing joy to the people who eat my food. P√Ętisserie especially, in all its theatre and fine craftsmanship, its contrasting flavours and textures, has the power to conjure smiles, laughter and even a sense of wonder. It is my trade, my art and my passion.

I live in rural Suffolk where, whenever possible, I cook with local ingredients, combining them with the classical techniques honed during my years working as a pastry chef in a range of award-winning kitchens, including The Lanesborough Hotel, London. The results are refined and beautiful, enriched with the wholesome goodness of the countryside.

My products can be bespoke- made to order and are sold at Farmers Markets in Suffolk, Cafe 1885 and I also run pop up Patisseries and classes. Please contact me for information.
