For me, cooking is about love and bringing joy to the people who eat my food. Pâtisserie especially, in all its theatre and fine craftsmanship, its contrasting flavours and textures, has the power to conjure smiles, laughter and even a sense of wonder. It is my trade, my art and my passion.
I live in rural Suffolk where, whenever possible, I cook with local ingredients, combining them with the classical techniques honed during my years working as a pastry chef in a range of award-winning kitchens, including The Lanesborough Hotel, London. The results are refined and beautiful, enriched with the wholesome goodness of the countryside.
My products can be bespoke- made to order and are sold at Farmers Markets in Suffolk, Cafe 1885 and I also run pop up Patisseries and classes. Please contact me for information.
