Mark Proctor from The Friendly Loaf Company has places available on his popular courses which take place in his bakery on a farm near Bury St Edmunds. Having visited him, I can say that no other bakery I know of has gaggles of tame Geese and ducks standing watch near the doorway-as bucolic as it gets.
