Enjoying your treats too! I lost 5st and my life changing weight loss inspired me to become a Consultant. I also run the Moreton Hall evening group every Thursday at 5.30&7.30 and my Westbury groups are every Wed at 9.30,11.30,5.30&7.30. Approved by Royal College of Midwives we welcome pregnant ladies and also with our Free2Go plan we also welcome 11-15 year olds free of charge. Our group sessions are all about sharing ideas and having fun, you will never feel judged or humiliated we are just there to all help each other and everyone is welcome as long as you have 7+lbs to lose and you choose your own target too.
