Burla Fitness is a Burlesque-inspired dance program. It's a fun and sociable way to tone your body and reduce life's stresses. Designed to encourage self esteem and build body confidence. Burla Fitness helps to tone those muscles, strengthen your core whilst you dance and laugh your way to fitness.
We will show you how to walk in heels and how to accentuate your best assets. We will show you lots of tips on how to present yourself, how to look confident, and to be proud of the skin you're in by celebrating your individual body shape.
