This class creates an atmosphere where mums-to-be & new mums can come together and exercise in a safe environment. A chance for some valuable ‘me' time & to discuss issues that pregnant or new mums might face.
We provide a calm and relaxed environment to help you:
* Strengthen pelvic floor muscles to prevent incontinence & aid in labour & recovery post birth.
* Improve postural awareness
* Strengthen abdominal & gluteal muscles to support & stabilise the pelvis & spine
* Stretch spinal & upper limb muscles to relieve tension
* Aid relaxation
* Maintain effective circulation to aid with swelling
* Strengthen your upper body & learn how to lift & hold your growing baby to avoid back problems
