Tai Chi & QiGong for good health


I teach Tai Chi & QiGong in Surrey. Both are great for your health and well being, to improve your energy, flexibility and posture. They also help with strengthening your bones, body balance, relieving stress, anxiety, depression, improving sleep and much more.At Epsom R/Bow I run two classes, Tuesdays at 9.30am-10.30am & Thursdays at 10.45am-11.45am & at Langley Vale Village Hall on Thursdays from 6.30pm-8.00pm. I run two outdoor sessions on Epsom Downs as well, on the second and last Sundays monthly. I also run workshops, offer Life Coaching and talks and 1 to 1 sessions. I am open to starting a class/group specifically for mums as well. If you are interested please call me or send me an email. For anyone starting a class from the information in this post, I will arrange a discount for your first class, price dependent on which class you join.
