Yoga classes enable you to relax & unwind in a friendly space. Classes gently enhance strength & flexibility while calming mind & body. They are ideal for stress-relief. Classes focus on mindfully connecting with the breath while improving body awareness.

Mindfulness courses take us on a journey towards greater happiness, wellbeing & life satisfaction. Benefits of regular mindfulness practice include reduced stress, a clear mind & better self-esteem.     The classes are calm and uplifting. Amy is constantly aware of the specific needs of each individual in the class. She also encourages everyone to become aware of the needs of their own bodies and tailor their practice accordingly, making it as gentle or as challenging as they need. Highly recommended.
