Pregnancy yoga for mums-to-be, and experienced mums, from 14 weeks to birth. Come and meet other mums and enjoy an energising and fun yoga class. Classes are taught by Faye Koe a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, and mum of 2. This class is not just for Earth mothers but for those serious about doing yoga and pushing themselves. Keep fit, and toned while pregnant, and learn tips on how to make your birth as easy as you can, from breathing techniques to developing positions to be in during all stages of labour. A chance to meet other mums-to-be. We always conclude the class with a wonderful relaxation to revitalise you. We hope to see you soon. New Term starts 31/10/16.

I really enjoyed Faye's class during my first pregnancy a couple of years ago. Faye has a lovely soft manner to teach and I found her class really helpful in relieving some of the back pains and discomforts of pregnancy, especially towards the end. She keeps her classes small and focuses on the yoga aspect rather than spending too much time chatting.
I tried another yoga class and it did not compare to Faye's. I would highly recommend her class!
Strongly recommend Faye's yoga classes!! Best thing that I did for myself during pregnancy. Faye has a wonderful calmness about her & you sense this the moment you walk through her door. I used a lot of the techniques learnt in the class during my labour & strongly believe that Faye's classes were the reason for my fast & complication free birth experience. Loved each class & the yoga strengthened my body & quietened the mind. What more could you ask for.
5 stars! Faye is wonderful! The yoga sessions I attended during my pregnancy were so enjoyable for so many reasons. Faye's teaching style is friendly, calming & so informative. Whether a yoga newbie or experienced it is well worth attending. I enjoyed it so much I am now returning to attend another of Faye's yoga sessions post baby.
I would highly recommend Faye's yoga classes. I did them throughout my pregnancy and they were a highlight of my week. I always felt both mentally and physically refreshed after each class. Faye has a wonderful teaching style and made us all feel at ease (regardless of any prior yoga experience). Her warmth and expertise will not disappoint. The classes were full of helpful advice which aided my pregnancy and labour. I used yoga breathing and techniques during the birth with great success. The classes are both relaxing and energising, and the tea at the end of term is a lovely touch to be able to share birth stories and meet the babies!
Fantastic, relaxing class. Very calm atmosphere and it was lovely to meet other mums.
Being the opposite of an Earth Mum, I was dubious as to how much I would really use during childbirth but I actually remembered and used a lot of Faye's yoga techniques and breathing! And no epidural!! If I had found the classes earlier on in pregnancy I would have started months before I did!
