Yoga for Complete Beginners


Come and join our Monday evening classes and learn Hatha Yoga in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Classes start at 7pm for an hour of gentle Yoga and then provide a great chance to relax afterwards. This class is perfect for those of all ages especially those without previous experience and for those who think they are too inflexible or unfit for Yoga. We are a friendly group of people who are enjoying Yoga as part of our everyday lives and having some fun together each week.
