Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful way to help you through the stages of your pregnancy, alleviating aches and pains, relieving fatigue and tension, and using breathing techniques to help you to relax which you can use to take you through labour and birth.
It is also a great place to meet other mums to be!
It can also increase your energy levels and help you to connect with your baby.
