Active Birth Lazy Daisy Antenatal Classes


This is a 6 week course combining yoga inspired moves, breathing techniques and relaxation. The classes are designed to improve your pregnancy well-being and help you look forward to a confident birth!

It's a great way to meet other mums and suits all birth plans and fitness levels. Our gentle movements are even suitable for those with SPD or PGP. You can begin classes once you are 12 weeks pregnant.
