Considering using water during your labour or birth of your baby?
Looking for information and support while you make your choice?
Looking for contact with local parents who are planning a water birth?
NCT will be running a two hour waterbirth workshop for expectant couples. This class is run by an NCT trained Antenatal Teacher.

Women choose waterbirth for a number of reasons including pain relief, mobility in the water, a gentle birth for the baby and an easier birth for the mother. This course will cover all the practical aspects of a waterbirth, including what preparations are needed for a home waterbirth, as well as in hospital, and will answer common questions about waterbirth.
