I offer access to inspiring, positive and challenging ( a "good" way!) speakers who share their journeys and offer practical implementable guidance on how to make small changes to your habits that will have a big impact on your health and happiness, and that of your family. In our monthly community talks we offer discussion on topics relating to physical, mental and social wellbeing (e.g. nutrition, exercise, stress reduction) and the opportunity to engage with a group of like-minded people in a friendly and welcoming environment - either during the talk or over a delicious bite after!
