HULA HOOP CLASSES - Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am


Hooping is for EVERYONE! Learn to hoop, get fit and have lots of fun! Come along to our friendly classes for beginners, as well as learning a new skill you will meet new friends too. We will provide you with the right size hoop to get you going with confidence. You will learn basic transitions to move the hoop off your body and back on again, plus other skills and tricks. Hooping is low impact and great for those returning to exercise or just hate the gym! Hooping is also brilliant for new mums, it will tone not just your core and pelvic area but your whole body too.
