Repair and Rejuvenate Fitness


R&R fitness is a class for mums concentrating on pelvic stability, core control, functional strength and flexibility. On your first visit you will have a 10 minute session with a specialised physiotherapist who checks for diastasis Rectus and any core weakness. The classes ensure you return to fitness safely and injury free. Tuesdays 0940 to 1020. Babies and toddlers welcome.
