Being present is a gift we can offer ourselves, our children and families. If we are present for them and for ourselves, relationships are enhanced, self-care is more likely, we're likely to be more resilient, and we will experience more contentment and joy.
In this 8 week mindfulness course, you will learn about mindfulness and how it can apply to your life, and you will have plenty of opportunity to practice it in a safe and supportive environment. Mindfulness is practised through meditation, and Alison is very experienced in guiding beginners through the process of learning to meditate.
Starts Tues 29th Sept 2015, 7pm. Runs every Tues evening until Nov 24th (no class Oct 27th for half-term). Plus an optional retreat day on Sun 15th Nov.
