The Incident Manager is responsible for the management of Incidents raised by internal & external customers in line with Quality and Security policies in a way that meets our contractual obligations. The Incident Manager is primarily responsible for the fastest possible restoring of a failing IT system in case of incidents. He/she is the first stage of escalation for incidents in case they are not resolvable within the agreed service levels.
