Guildford museum is a beautiful 17th century building next to the castle grounds. The archaeology shows life in Surrey from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages. Our local history gallery displays Guildford crafts and industries, together with sections on Lewis Carroll and Gertrude Jekyll.
Special exhibitions and events run throughout the year and there are quizzes and an art corner for children.
