He is a fully qualified, insured and REPs accredited personal trainer. He is trained in kettlebells and is first aid qualified. Neil offers personally tailored programmes made for you with your individual needs and requirements in mind. No need to organise a babysitter - we come out to you in your own home! All ages and abilities are welcome.
