    I ticked every one of these statements and double ticked the over-stressed one. One session with Alice and I felt like me again, I actually managed to feel like a human. Alice has helped me to be calm again, to understand my own feelings of stress are negative and counter-productive. After just my first session I slept well for the 1st time in months after concentrating on what she had told me during my session while trying to get to sleep.

    Immediately after I felt more awake and refreshed that I had in a long time. I really cannot recommend the Yoga Nidra sessions enough.
