Join other like minded mums in this fun, high energy aerobic class which helps shed the pounds and gets you back into pre pregnancy shape. Rachel Hobbs will take you on a fitness journey with a 15/15/15 approach class. 15 minutes of heart pumping cardio/aerobics style workout, 15 mins toning & shaping work for all those beautiful mummy curves finished off with 15 mins of stretching and core work.
Share this enjoyable class with your baby â€“ either resting in car your seat/carrier or playing with their baby friends on our comfy cushions/duvets with toys. This class is designed to shift those stubborn pounds, tone and strengthen the core as well as give you that all important post workout high without the worry of creche or childcare.
