Busylizzy Buggy Fitness classes are specifically tailored to cater for mums looking to take part in an outdoor group exercise class that blends both cardio and muscle toning to cope with the demands of motherhood. This popular 45 minute class consists of a warm up and power walk to raise the heart rate and a selection of strengthening and toning exercises along the way. Power walking, gentle stretches, muscular strength exercises, endurance training and toning, posture and pelvic floor exercises – we’ll get your heart racing as you jog through parks, do push-ups against trees and run up and down steps. All fitness levels are welcome as you work at your own pace gradually increasing your fitness, getting you back into pre pregnancy shape.
All you will need is yourself and babe in a buggy, appropriate clothing and footwear a towel and drink of water!
