A relaxed yet focused Postnatal Pilates class that stretches, strengthens and realigns the body, as well as tones those stubborn areas affected by pregnancy and labour, such as pesky pelvic floor and abdominals lots of time is set aside for feeding, changing and entertaining the babies.
This is a relaxed class specially designed for new mums wanting to get back into pre-pregnancy shape. Its also a great way to meet like-minded new mummy friends!
New mummies can join this class any time after their 4-6 week health check with GP.
