Share this enjoyable and highly beneficial discipline with your baby, so you both reap the rewards and have a great time. This class is designed to align body, improve posture, strengthen the core and lower back (important after giving birth, and constantly lifting and carrying), and promote wellbeing.
The gentle session will release tension in the shoulders, tone the abdomen and teach key deep-breathing exercises to alleviate tiredness and clear the mind. As your baby is with you, you can enjoy this special time together in a calming and positive environment.
All levels welcome, but please note classes only suitable after you've had your 4-6 week check with GP.
