Meet other expectant mums whilst strengthening your body and mind, easing out discomforts and preparing for labour, birth and beyond. This class is suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy and is a great way to connect to your body, mind and baby. It's never too late to start pregnancy yoga! Classes are taught in a beautiful brand new yoga studio which opened in October 2015.
