Although not technically classes, Optimums-To-Be meetings are free to attend and allow pregnant women the opportunity to meet other local mums-to-be, in a friendly and informal setting, while learning a little something about pregnancy, birth and babies along the way.

Optimums-To-Be is run by a local doula and each a different topic is covered and often special guests come along to share their particular area of expertise or experience.
