A New Year Beginners Running Course


Spent too much time on the couch over Christmas? Dust off those trainers and run your first 5K by the end of February! Our beginners running course gradually builds up from jog/ walk intervals to a full 5K (3 miles) over the course of 8 weeks. Run JB is an official Run England running group led by JB Personal Training's Personal Trainer and UK Athletics licensed Running Leader, Shona Watt. Free Run JB t-shirt for all participants. Please state required size when booking.
