Vinyasa means: to place in a special way. Anna's yoga classes are intelligently choreographed to work in layers that gradually build in intensity. Expect breath-led linear, and non linear movements, inviting you to arrive more deeply in your body, and easing you towards a deeper physical state of rest and repair.

Please note this class is not suitable for complete beginners, but we run many other classes through the week that are suitable!
